Bianco del Ticino DOC
Varietal composition: 50% Chardonnay; 38% Sauvignon Blanc; 12% Sémillon
Vinification: The four varietals are harvested at the peak of maturity and then vinified separately in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17-19° C. Blending occurs only just before bottling.
Alcohol content: 12.5 % Vol.
Color: Intense straw tinted yellow.
Bouquet: Complex, intense, with notes of citrus, apple and pear, apricot, and floral hints.
Palate: Fresh and fine, an harmonic and fruity wine, mineral and persistent at the finish.
Dining choices: Serve as an aperitif, or as a dependable companion to fish and poultry.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10° C
Aging: We suggest drinking the Prà Bianco young. If properly cellared, it will maintain its character through 2024.
